• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

• South Island: 1–3 working days
• North Island: 3–5 working days
• Rural deliveries: Add 2 extra working days
• A tracking number is provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

• Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and weight of the package.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

Delays and issues

• Delivery times may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, or courier delays.
• Contact us within 2 days if your order arrives damaged.
• We will assist in tracking lost parcels, but cannot be held responsible once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
